The Law Offices of Charles L. Fuller are conveniently located in The Merrill-Lynch Building in downtown Columbia, Maryland adjacent to the Columbia Mall. They can be reached from Route 95 by traveling West on Route 175 or on Route 32.  Merrill-Lynch Building
Using Route 175 you continue across Route 29 and turn right at the North Entrance to the Columbia Mall. At the first intersection turn left. At the stop sign turn left again. The Columbia Mall parking garage will be on your right. Continue to the end of the parking garage and turn right. The Law Offices of Charles L. Fuller are located in the high rise building on your left. Travel down the access road and turn left into the parking garage in front of the building. Turn left to go to the upper level and park in one of the conveninet visitor spots. Using route 32 you continue to Route 20 and bear right taking it North. You exit Route 29 on broken land parkway heading west towards Columbia Mall. (The exit is a right exit off Route 29 and then you bear left towards downtown Columbia.) At the second light you turn right on Little Patuxent Parkway and go to the next light. At that light you turn left, then right at the stop sign. The Columbia Mall Complex is on your left. The Merrill-Lynch office highrise is also visible on your left. Take the second left turn (it is just before the traffic light at Little Patuxent Parkway). This leads directly to the parking lot for the highrise. (If you take the first left, you will need to make a right and then a left to get to the parking lot.) Turn right into the parking lot and then left to the upper level for convenient visitor parking.  Parking Lot Entrance
