Criminal - Charles L. Fuller has over 15 years experience defending people arrested and accused of state and federal criminal offenses. We handle all criminal cases, from minor infractions and misdemeanors, such as traffic violations, to the most serious felony indictments, including drunk driving, drug possession, narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny, white collar crimes, assaults, sex offenses, arson, domestic violence, and conspiracy.

DUI / DWI-Traffic violations often have serious criminal consequences, particularly when you face a driving under the influence charge. DUI/DWI convictions often result in fines, the revocation or suspension of your driver's license, and possible jail time. In addition, insurance companies increase your automobile rates making them unaffordable. In defending you against DUI/DWI charges, we use your rights as a criminal defendant to cross-examine all witnesses against you, even if they are police officers. Our criminal defense experience makes a significant difference in such DUI/DWI  cases.

White Collar Crimes-State and Federal white collar crimes differ from other criminal offenses because they are nonviolence and they stem from the accused's occupational duties. We represent individuals in fraud, theft, and embezzlement cases.

Personal Injury - Charles L. Fuller has represented over 200 individuals involved in cases alleging damage to another's person, rights, reputation, or property resulting from events or activities such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, defective products, workers' compensation claims, wrongful death, infliction of emotional distress, intentional misconduct, and negligence.

Motor Vehicle Accidents/ Auto Accidents-Many personal injuries result from motor vehicle accidents. Auto accidents often involve negligence on the part of drivers, including drunk driving and reckless behavior. If someone injured you in a motor vehicle accident, we help you receive compensation for your injuries, lost wages, and other damages.

Products Liability-Individuals who have been injured as a result of an unsafe product have a  legal claim to being fairly compensated for their injuries.

Slip and Fall Accidents-Injuries suffered on another's property, whether in a home, on a sidewalk, or in a commercial building or shop, are often the result of negligent maintenance or disregard for the safety of others. If you or a family member were injured in a fall or other accident away from your home, you may have a premises liability claim.

Workers' Compensation-Employees injured on the job may  claim for lost wages and medical treatment expenses against business, federal, state, and local government employers and their workers' compensation insurers.

Wrongful Death-If you've lost a loved one in an accident or as the result of a faulty or defective product or piece of equipment, you can seek damages from parties at responsible and their insurance companies.

Contracts - Charles L. Fuller has drafted, negotiated, and reviewed hundreds of commercial and private contracts. We have experience with sales, real estate, and employment contracts. An experienced attorney helps you avoid future legal problems through careful contract drafting and by fully explaining your contractual rights and duties.

Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) Hearings - Charles L. Fuller has represented many drivers at MVA hearings involving the retention of reinstatement of their suspended or revoked driver's license.

Probate & Estate Administration - Probate is the legal process by which a person's debts are paid and assets are distributed upon her or his death. Estate Administration includes the probate process as well as non-probate transfers of the deceased's assets. Individual state laws direct the probate court how to distribute the deceased's estate. State laws and procedures may vary, so it is important to consult a firm with experience in probate law and estate administration to ensure that the deceased's assets are distributed correctly.

Wills - A valid will instructs an executor and the court as to the decedent's wishes for personal and real property distribution and guardianship provisions for children. We helps individuals protect their loved ones and plan for the distribution of their property and assets at their death by thoughtful drafting and periodic updating of their will.
